Mission Statement:  Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the youth of Marina and Monterey County to play and
enjoy the game of SOCCER!   We believe that each player should have fun, learn the game, play the game, and be
part of a team. We work hard to make sure that we provide the best soccer experience for Marina and Monterey
County youth players at the lowest possible cost.

General Information:  Marina Youth Soccer Association is a non-profit, full volunteer-run organization committed to
providing recreational and competitive soccer for the youth of Marina and Monterey County. In 2008, The U12 and
U14 Marina Youth Soccer teams will participate in cooperative playing leagues on the Monterey Peninsula (with
Monterey Youth Soccer, Carmel YMCA, Pacific Grove Youth Soccer, Porter Youth Center, and Seaside Boys and Girls
Club).  Our U10 and under teams all have the advantage of playing all of their games on our home field at
Marina
Vista Elementary School.  We believe that this wide range of playing experience is the right mix for recreational
soccer in Marina at this time and is in the mutual benefit of all concerned organizations.
  
The MYSA Board of Directors meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each
month.  The meetings start at 7:00pm and are currently held at:  
A Pizza Paradise
215 Reservation Road Ste. E  Marina.

The next meeting is scheduled for July 10.
